Alma’s Villas with a sense of space for enjoyment of sea views.Your villa and pool are of a minimalist
design that leaves the horizon unfettered –this is Alma’s Villas.Using novel and ecologically friendly
meterials, this collection of modern neigbouring villas, presents the setting for the enjoyment of bright light,
 blue skies, beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets.Majestic views out to sea, a landscape of Crete’s
coast and rocky hillsides, tinted with flowers, herbs and more.10 minutes from Chania airport, 5 minutes
from the small Aghios Onoufrios beach and its local taverna, 15 minutes from a coffee sipped while
gazing at Chania’s Venetian waterfront.

An organic garden has been planted between the villas.You will be welcome to eat food exceptionally
rewarding, delicious and wholesome Cretan cuisine.

While each villa has its own pool(7x5m),a larger pool (10X8m) is available to you, along with a
cafe/snack bar.

A gym and sauna are also provided.

There are 3 types of villas available:

Villa C with 3 bedrooms (6-8 people)

Villa B with 2 bedrooms (4-6 people)

Villa A on two levels with one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs (the latter is a lower-ground level with large terrace) (2-5 people).

All villas have air conditioning,fully equipped kitchens with cooker, microwave oven, fridge,dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster.Every villa has one small and one bigger bathroom, the second one with a whirpool bathtub and a laundry machine.

Rates are per villa,per day and include air conditioning.Minimum stay 7 days.Rent a car on request.

 Hania- Akrotiri -Village Aghios Onoufrios

The peninsula of Akrotiri is situaded immediately east of Hania.It has its charms and its horrors Amongst
the charmas of Akrotiri are the wild range of hills which run along the northern edge of it,
its monasteries,several pretty beaches and lots of flowers in the spring.There are not a lot of tourist
developments in the area.
